Even though we are in phase 4, the indoor range remains shut. We are writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to comply with the lengthy list of mandates to keep people safe in an indoor, enclosed area. Our
activities have now opened to non-members! Preference will still be
given to members. Masks are required when within the six foot
proximity of another participant. 2021 Guest Waivers Required
Each year, a completed and signed guest waiver is required for all guests and family members present on SaraSpa property. Waiver forms are located near the sign- in book. Waivers are good for the entire calendar year. Also, all guests other than members' spouses and children under 18 years of age are required to pay a guest fee. Members are responsible for assuring that waivers are completed and that guest fees are paid as well as assuring that guests follow all Standard Operating Procedures and Range Rules.
Range Closures In addition to regularly scheduled closures for recurring , activities such as IDPA, Bullseye, CCW Qualifiers and Women's Programs ranges are occasionally closed for club events. Following is a list of upcoming event related closures None currently scheduled Check the calendar for scheduled closures Help Maintain the ClubEnvironment
In light of our growing membership and the subsequent increased use of the club ranges, members are reminded of the need to keep the club’s facilities in order. To support and provide a safe and clean environment for everyone it is imperative that all members and leagues leave the ranges in the order in which they found them. It is expected that all equipment be returned to its original space after use. For example, tables, archery butts, signs, and backstop foam. Failure to return the club’s facilities to an orderly condition after use will result in action by the Board of Directors against the specific members/leagues involved. Cardboard and targets that you hang should not be left on the range or placed in the trashcans. It should be carried out and placed in the dumpster located in the clubhouse parking lot.
