SaraSpa Memberships are Now Open
SaraSpa is now accepting a limited number of applications for membership. The membership year begins on October 1 of each calendar year and ends on September 30 of the following year. Dues are not prorated and all new members pay dues for the entire year along with one time new member fees. All new members regardless of age pay regular member dues for the first year of their membership. Spouses and legal domestic partners of current members or another member who is joining as a regular member pay ½ the regular membership price in addition to the one time new member fees to join and ½ of the regular membership price each October 1st thereafter as long as both renew.
The membership process consists of completing an application and attending one of the following new member orientation sessions.
Your membership will begin immediately following completion of the orientation session. Class sizes are limited and on a first come/first serve basis. Once a class fills up, the option to select that date will be removed from the registration page. We cannot accommodate requests for other dates.
Instructions for registering follow below. Please read this in its entirety before proceeding to ensure you are enrolled properly.
Our new member orientations consist of a club orientation, range walk through and an NRA Class. All are required, without exception to become a member. You will need to be at the club at 8 am on the day of orientation/class for processing your photo ID badge. Classes end at approximately 2 pm. Signing up is a 2 step process.
Complete the application here and make payment via credit card or debit/credit card. Payment is due at the time application is submitted. We can not hold spots in classes. Unpaid applications will be removed from the class roster. New membership dues and fees to join are $205 or $142.50 for spouses/domestic partner of a current member or new member also joining as a regular member. This includes a $25 initiation fee, a $50 building/maintenance fee and a $5 credit card processing fee. Each year thereafter, on October 1st members will pay only their regular dues, currently $125 per year for regular members and $62.50 for seniors (65 and over).
You will receive an automated email after you have signed up and paid your dues, so be sure to check your email and spam folder if you do not receive it. This email will provide you with a link to the NRA class. You must register for the class there as well. No money will be due, but signup is necessary. Please Note: You will not receive a confirmation email from the NRA
Members, who do not complete both steps, will be removed from the class roster. After completing the above steps and attending the orientation, your membership will be activated and you can login as a member. You will receive your photo ID badge which allows access to the club property at the end of the class.

Help Maintain the Club
In light of our growing membership and the subsequent increased use of the club ranges, members are reminded of the need to keep the club’s facilities in order. To support and provide a safe and clean environment for everyone it is imperative that all members and leagues leave the ranges in the order in which they found them. It is expected that all equipment be returned to its original space after use. For example, tables, archery butts, signs, and backstop foam. Failure to return the club’s facilities to an orderly condition after use will result in action by the Board of Directors against the specific members/leagues involved. Cardboard and targets that you hang should not be left on the range or placed in the trashcans. It should be carried out and placed in the dumpster located in the clubhouse parking lot.
